Left-click on a tile to reveal it. Right-clicking on a tile will place a flag on the tile if the player thinks it may contain a bomb, this will prevent any accidental left-clicking of the given tile and serves as a useful reminder as to where any detected bombs are. Right-clicking again on an already flagged tile will remove the flag, which is useful if a tile was determined to be flagged by mistake.
The objective of the game is to reveal all non-bomb tiles, while not clicking on/revealing any tiles which do contain a bomb. Each non-bomb tile will display a number once revealed, this number will tell you how many bomb tiles are adjacent to the revealed tile.
This game is very much a work-in-progress at the current time. Custom map sizes, map zoom, phone/tablet support (for flagging bombs via a touchscreen where right-clicking is generally an issue), better graphics / UI layout, etc all will be coming in the spring.
This game is not intended to be an endorsement of the creation of actual minefields, or of any recreational acts of clearing such areas by anyone other than trained professionals with proper training and safety equipment.
